The proposed scheme is a major new £85 million mixed use development providing retail, gym & ancillary at ground floor and 375 apartments.

The residential element will be available to rent only. The proposed scheme will be built on an overflow car park at the corner of Pershore Road and Edgbaston Road in a series of connected blocks ranging from five to 16 storeys. The BTR residential element is planned to be split over two blocks, the highest being 18 storeys high.

The scheme will provide ground floor amenity space and a landscaped podium deck. The proposals also include undercroft car parking, and a rooftop residents amenity area.
